Will eating food very, very slowly prevent me from gaining weight (fat) and how!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes it will because I have tried it!. It will because the more food you chew it will help your body digest them faster so that portion cannot be converted into fat!. It really helps also because you get fuller faster so you can stop eating and that well be less calories!.!.so if you do this for the whole week by 500 calories a day you can automatically lose 1-2 pounds and that's not including workouts!. It is a good technique also when not eating chew gum that way you don't get soo hunger and raid the pantry!.!.and drink LOTS of water before meals that way if you chew slower and you drink water you will get fuller faster!.!.!.Good Luck!.!.You can do it!

It will depend on what you're eating, if it's a supersized McDonalds Value meal I'm not sure if that will help LOL!

ok to answer your question-it will help you be fuller faster and you'll focus more on the food instead of just shoving it in your mouth-you'll savor it!. When people eat too fast they tend to eat more-but really the most important thing is for you to eat healthy meals!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. It is not how fast or slow you eat, it is the fat grams, carbs and over all amount of food you ingest!.

but eating slow will allow your stomach to adjust to the amount of food, and can keep you from eating too much!. if you were to shovel it in, you would be able to eat alot and feel bloated and have stomach aches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating slowly does 2 main things!. firstly thorough mastication is the first step towards the digestion process!. by increasing the cross-section of food in the intestinal tract enzymes and acids can accomplish their jobs easier!. by eating slower you allow messages of fullness to be conveyed to the brain which helps to stop overeating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah!. When done the right way!.
