Question: Does any one know a way to lose weight!?!?!?!?
well im 15 andd i dance 5 days a week but i was resently injured and need/wantto lose the weight before trhe summer i weigh a little over 135!.Is that normal!?!? i wanna be back at at least 125 before june that leaves me about a month help please!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To acheive any weigh loss, you really need to excercise and eat an overall healthy diet that consist of complex carbohydrates (whole wheat foods that would be great for fiber and needed nutrients), lean protein to help build muscles and repair your body, and good amounts of fat for energy and needed nutrients the body needs that your body cannot create on its own!.
If you try interval cardio training and some weight lifting/resistance training, not only will you lose weigh, but you will also help your body become more leaner and tone looking and your core will become stronger!.
Try doing some ab work and don't forget to work out your obliques (your "love handles")
Also because muscle does weigh more than fat, you may be heavier essentially, but leaner too!. Eventually the more muscles you will build, the more weight you can burn!. More muscles will help you burn more calories at rest!. And then eventually the fat/weight will come off!.!.!. but everything takes time!. Remember, it is possible to be leaner and stronger, but weight more!. But don't give up and stay motivated!.!.!. we all hit plateus!. Also remember, that every one is a different individual and that we all lose weight from different places at different times!. Your body choses when it is time, just be patience!.
And please note that if you try to lose a lot of weigh in a short amount of time, your body will really go through some health problems!. Some risks could be that your hair may grown thinner, your periods may not be regular anymore (which is not a good thing), and your stomach system will be working slower, etc!.
Realistically, if you lose weigh the heathy way, then 1 to 2 pounds per week is a reasonable amount per week!. Anything more, may be due to water loss or you have decided to go the other route and lose weigh by starving yourself!.
And to fully answer this question, I would need to know what your height is to see if 135 or 125 is the "normal" weight for you (which would be according to the BMI!. But you should note that the BMI scale was designed for people who do not excercise!.!.!. so for people that do, their weight range would differ due to the amount of muscles they have, which can cause them to be heavier, although they may be leaner than a non active person in the same weight catagory)
But anyways, remember that the number on the scale doesn't define you!.!.!. you define you!. The scale can't tell you how great you look in your jeans or how you feel!.!.!. so don't rely so heavily on that scale!. 1) Eat as much unprocessed organic foods as possible!. Lay off the prepackaged, starchy, homogenised, refined foods!. Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, whole grains, and get as much protein from vegetation!. If you must eat meat, eat organic!. Or buy from kosher markets!. Drink bottled spring water!. Fiji water is the best!. It might seem more expensive at first, but think of it this way!. Would you rather pay into aggravating medical bills stemming from your unhealthy lifestyle, or spend a little more serving you and you family healthy foods your bodies intended to have since the creation of mankind!?
Think about it!. There wasn't a whole lot of overweight couch potato settlers!. They worked for what they had!. Physical labor, for meagre earnings, meagre food rationed!. yet, they survived!. They were their average weight!. There was not diabetes, or any strange diseases we see today!. Don't believe me!? Google it!. Which brings me to number 2!.!.!.

2) Exercise as much as you can!. Even if it means short simple walks daily at first!. Before all the modernisation of the world we walked, lifted, stooped, knelt, and occasionally ran!. The ratio to exercise is burn off at least over half of what you consumed the previous day!. Normal brain functions, stress, everyday activities besides exercise burns off the rest, and doesn't deposit as fat!.

If you aren't healthy enough for physical activities, I urge you to cut out the prepackaged foods, and corn syrup laden drinks, and eat more natural foods!. I guarantee you will lose weight from just doing that, than relying on herbal teas you found that say "AS SEEN ON TV"
