I need to lose weight!. But first, I just want to take the first steps to feeling better so that I'll actually feel like going out for a walk or some other activity!. As it is, I feel like a zombie every day!. No energy!. Not sleeping well either!.

What first steps do you recommend!. (please, no sarcasm)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Chances are, eliminating refined sugars from your diet will do wonders for boosting your energy!. Sticking to natural, healthful foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins) will not only help you lose weight, but they'll also make you feel far less lethargic as your body won't be experiencing anymore sugar highs and sugar crashes!.

You might also consider upping your water intake each day--though don't do this excessively!. This will definitely help you feel higher energy!

Getting out and walking for simply 20 minutes too should help you feel more energized!.

You're definitely not alone!. I've felt like you're feeling at several points in my life, and I find that when I change my diet to include more healthful foods, my energy increases, and I simultaneously lose weight!. Hang in there!. It will get better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just have to do it!. Commit 30 minutes a day to walking!. There is no magic prep work for that!. You decide you want to better yourself and you take the first step!.

You should try to wake up early and go for a walk before work-when you exercise it will help you sleep better-and of course give you more energy!.!.!.if you have to be up super early try exercising right after work-there is no need to take any steps before going to the gym or out your front door to talk a walk!.

Get some heart pumping tunes and get going! You'll feel better in no time and be on your way to building a foundation for you to start shedding unwanted lbs!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I reccomend eating right!. It seems silly but if you eat healthy you'll feel healthy!. It might take a while but you're body will adjust in a surprisingly short amount of time!. After a couple of weeks you will notice you dont' feel well when you eat processed or sugary foods!. Also, get enough sleep!. You can't expect to do any excercise if you're tired!. The last bit of advice I can offer is to make yourself do the excercise whether you want to or not!.!.!.it creates endorphines which encourage you to do more excercise!. This will start a positive cycle!. Hope this helps, and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water may just be the key!.!.!.drink at least a gallon a day!.!.that's not a lot considering you may be awake for 17 of the 24 hrs in a day!. Often when people feel tired all the time they're just not taking in enough water and are somewhat dehydrated, which in turn will make you feel like you don't have enough energy to get out of you're own way!. It's the key to life and lots of it is necessary for all body functions!.!.!.We see it a lot in elderly patients who haven't had anything to drink is several days!.!.!.they only drink water if they are thirsty!.!.!.I carry a gallon jug with me everywhere!.!.!.I usually put away 2 gallons a day!. The jug is my measuring device that helps me keep track of how much I'm taking in each day!.!.!.remember when scientist are looking for life on other planets, what do that look for first, water, without it life isn't possible!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
