Question: I'm 5"11 and 149 Lbs, how can I gain wait in a fast, but healthy way!?
I am very scrawny for my height, in my opinion I should be more muscular!.!.!.So how can I gain more muscle in a fast but healthy way!? Note that I am only 16 years old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to a health store buy some whey protein for building muscle!.!. that will give your muscles everything they need to build!.And if you dont kno wat that is just go to a health food store or vitamin store and ask the sales person they will help you out!. Do pushups if you can thats very good for your arms!. do crunches and sit ups for your abs but do not do it on a flat hard floor thats really bad for your back!.!.!.try doing it on your bed or on something that wont hurt your back!. There are many other things you can do, but should start off easy and do that every day!. Eat healthy and take your daily vitamins!. Drink ALOT of water this is a main thing!.Remember your skin is stretching and needs to stay moist enough not to create any stretch marks, this most likely happens in the armpit region!.Also your body is made up of about 80% water and needs a constant amount throughout the day especially when you are excersising and sweating out that water!. And dont give up if your not satisfied in a couple of days this is gonna take some time and commitment!. Dont work yourself too hard, when you feel very sore, you should give yourself a day or too for your muscles to recover!. Stretching must be done to help your muscles recover before and after exercising!. Im sure you will grow into your height, however, eat healthy carbs and proteins!. Don't skimp on the veggies or anything either!. Make sure you are eating plenty of calories!. Look up the standard calorie intake for a little above your weight, and you can get to it!. You could also run and do weight training to build muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
