Question: Hey can i lose 30 lbs!. by the end of august!?
Well i'm 15 i am 5'8 or a little taller & weigh like btw!. 150-155!. I really wanna lose 25-30 lbs by august because or sooner!. I wanna become a model, & in august i will have a photo shoot to make a portfolio!.!. can you guys give some tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

To begin, I must say that with your height of 5'8 with a max weight of 155 pound = 70kg is pretty much ok!. But if you really want to shed of some weight, you must take into consideration whether you have a big bone frame or not!. Next, do you have more lean muscles or fats!. If you have a big bone frame with not much of fats and lean muscles, then sorry to say that there's nothing much you can do!. If you have a lot of lean muscle, also nothing much you can do because the tissues of the muscles has been expanded (Growth) through excercise!. But if you want to get rid of fats so that your weight reduce by 30 lbs is no problem at all!.

Here are a few tips:
1!. Breakfast = Eat like a King ( A lot), Lunch = Eat like a princess (Moderate), Dinner = Eat like a servant (Little)!. STOP taking late nite snacks or supper!. The chances of getting more weight is nearly 100%!. If you are hungry at late nite, just drink a glass full of water or alternatively, you can eat crackers that's high in fiber!.

2!. AVOID or REDUCED eating foods that contain high amount of Carbohydrate and high in calorie!. Remember, these food provides a lot or energy!. Those energy unused in your body will be converted into fats!. That's another reason why people having late snacks or supper tends to increase in their weights because they consume a lot of high energy foods!. However, you may take it for breakfast as you need the energy for your work!.

3!. Do more cardio work out such as swimming, jogging or fast walk, cycling!. Do it on a daily basis for 45 to 1 hour!. Cardio work out is very much effective as a fat burner!.

4!. Consume more fresh vegetables and fruits that contains high in fibers such as Pineapple, star fruit, guava!. If possible, try to reduce the consumptions of lean meat!. Chicken meat is practically ok but to be eated without the skin as the chicken skins contains a lot of fats and also not good if you have a high cholestrol!.

5!. Drink more plain water and stop the carbonated beverages!. These carbonated beverages contains a lot of sugar and the sugar contains a lot of calorie, which produce energy!. If the calorie under utilised, it will be converted into Fat!. Strictly NO ALCOHOL!.

I used to be over weight!. In other words, very fat!. So I came out with this diet formula!. To tell you the truth, with much discipline and determination, without destroying my health, I managed to sheds of 22 pounds = 10kg in just 4 weeks!. If I continue on, I may be able to lost another 15 or 20 pounds!. As long as your eating habit is correct and also with cardio work out, it should work just well!.

Anyway, like I said earlier on, with your height, it's not really necessary to shed more weight!. If you still want to, perhaps you may shed some 15 - 20 pounds is should be perfect!. Too much lost of weight doesn't always guarantee a perfect figure!. It must be well balanced!.

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.
