Is "milled" Flaxseed and "ground" flaxseed the same thing???!
Question: Is "milled" Flaxseed and "ground" flaxseed the same thing!?!?!?

Same thing two different terms for the same thing!. To grind flaxseed it is most commonly done with a mill!. Like flour is milled!. If you get whole flaxseed you can grind them in a coffee grinder!. It is best to keep it in the fridge in a light and air tight container once it is ground because it will keep longer!. Trust me bad flax is gross!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
