i am 5;9 132 pounds and teen!.
i want to get to 120 pounds or less by june!. if i stay on a 1,000 cal diet can i !?
PLEASE HELP

You look great so I'm not sure why you wanna do this but here's some tips
eat very small portions every 2-3 hours, it keeps your metabolism up and keeps you from being hungry!. Small portions should be no larger than your hand!. Stay away from soft drinks, sugary drinks, and breads!. Do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day and drink plenty of water!. Eat healthy snacks like fruits and veggies, a few peanuts, or a healthy smoothie, also decrease your calorie intake by 500 a day!. Being super skinny isn't healthy though so don't over do it and know when your body isn't "happy"!.!.!.you could start having dizzy spells and blackouts by being underweight, even if you're eating healthy and excersizing!.!.!.I KNOW, I'm 5'7" and around 100 lbs and I've always had issues and I'm not trying to lose weight at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ya, you need to work on toning your body, it sounds like you are already pretty skinny!. Start doing crunches and work on your arms and legs to TONE them, dont try to loose anymore weight though!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont try the 1000 calorie thing! eat 6 small meals a day!. i know that sounds really weird, but if you eat 6 small healthy meals (dont eliminate bread either) a day, then it keeps you from getting hungry and eating more than you should! I know someone who lost 20 pounds by doing this! (in about 3 months) also try to get 20 minutes of exercise (heart pumping) at least three times a week! good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Uhh I don't think you want to get to 120 pounds!. You're already under your ideal healthy weight, and that's hard to do!.

I mean if you were six inches shorter I might say it was a good idea, but at 5'9 that low weight would be unhealthy!. I know you said you didn't want to hear that, but it's the truth!. Your body does need calories to grow and heal itself, you know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
