Question: How to lose weight in a short span of time!?

I know that everyone will tell you about how unhealthy fasting is, and blablabla, but they wont understand unless they were fat!. I was fat and it was horrible, nothing worked, no diet plan AT ALL!. I was an emotional eater and all the diets in the world couldn't help!. The only thing that helped me was motivation (how I stayed motivated!? I lost weight as quickly as possible, I know it's unhealthy and I lost my period for 3 months!. But I lost weight in a month and a half and haven't gained any since!.)

Here's what I did, i had an acid breakfast every morning, which is the best for burning fat throughout the day, drank loads of water, exercised a lot (walking, jogging, sit ups, crunches I did it all) and if I got really hungry I only ate raw food such as cucumbers and carrots or even yoghurts (0% of course)!. I also blended fresh fruit and drank it, especially grapefruit it's great for burning!. Now you already know the consequences, you don't get enough minerals, vitamins and protein and so on (this is why I lost my period, but I got it back after I went to the doctors)!.!.!.if you have anaemia, diabetes or high blood pressure or anything, dont do this!!

Here's what an acid breakfats contains: grapefruit, oranges, apple, kiwi, plum and pineapple (you can add lemon juice if you want!. All fresh fruit!.

Again I know what people are gonna say: oh it's not good, you'll be weak and so on!. I can't lie to you, I never felt weak, but I lost weight so quickly I felt soo good!. And people won't understand unless they are or were fat!.

Work out hard, work off more calories than you consume!. Also eat right!. I know some people that do cardio twice a day and 3 times a week weight lifting to help tone and have lost a good amount of weight and look better in a relativly short peroid of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

donnutz is completely wrong, eat small meals throughout the day!. don't eat late at night cuz you don't burn it off!. Exercise is the most important thing!. Drink a lot of water!. I know it is tempting to try and lose weight very fast, but you will put it back on, its about lifestyle change, not a quick dietWww@Answer-Health@Com

Simple take in less calories!. To gain weight you add 3500 calories a week to gain 1lb, or 500 a day!. To lose, you would subtract!. First, you have to know how many calories you need to keep your weight, then subtract the 500 calories a day!. Remember, it's not skipping meals, it's portion!. There are diets with potatoes!. Most models actually eat 5 times a day, small portion meals!. I use to model and play sports a few years back!. I did the gaining part though!. Do exercises, particularly 12-15 reps!. This will burn more calories, maybe get you more toned, add a little muscle, but will fatigue your muscles and will burn fat!. Also running is good, being it will not make you grow, so that will burn fat!. Also, having sex!. No joke, having sex with your other will burn calories!. Eat healthy, small portioned meals like fish, veggies, and yogurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
