i wouldnt recommend trying it!.!.!.its pretty nasty haha!.
Obviously me saying this will not stop you!.!.!.everyone is curious so I'm sure at some point in your life you will try it!.

Pretty much if you had one smoke, its will not do anything to do you!. It is highly addictive, and if you get addicted you will continuously need to smoke and thats when you see a problem!.

Occasional smoking turns into addiction, but by trying it once!.!.!.it wont do anything to harm you, the only problem is it opens a door for addiction!. But again, if you keep youself at just trying it and having one!.!.!.!.you shouldnt get addicted and there wont be any health side effects if you just TRY it!.

I suggest leaving them aside, they are gross and nasty haha but thats just my advise!.

GOODLUCK!!!!:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

They are addicting you just can't smoke one and never smoke one again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

nothing reallyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing but avoid the temptation!. I have been smoking for 35 years and it started with one!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably nothing!. took me 2 monthes to fully become addicted!. not saying you should test the water, becuase they are DAMN addicting!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am also 15 and I've had one or two ciggarettes in the past!. They can make you feel nauseos, dizzy, or just calm!. It can also make it hard to breathe just for a few minutes!. But one ciggarette won't make a difference in the long term, but I still wouldn't do it because whats the point of putting poisin in your body just for kicks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will cough a lot, get a buzz, and most likely not enjoy it!.!.!.you may even get sick!. It is a disgusting and expensive habit to start and it is not worth tempting the nicotine devil by giving it a try!. Honestly, it is not worth it!.

Ex-smoker and RNWww@Answer-Health@Com

DONT DO IT!.!.!.RECONSIDER!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is unlikely to have any noticeable effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my DARE officer said that you could become addicted in one cigarette or on many, but if you take one cigarette, you are putting thousand or chemicals in your body, over 100 of those are toxic, and around 40 of them are know to directly cause cancer!.!.!. i would think twice before trying!.!.!. why do you think so many are trying so hard to quit, but just cantWww@Answer-Health@Com

i would say it wouldn't have any particularly bad health effects, but it might make you cough and you probably won't necessarily like it the first time!. i just wouldn't try it, even though you're curious!.

there is always the chance that you don't think anything bad happened the first time, so you try it again a few more times and get addicted!. it's not worth it in the long run!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically, nothing happens other than the coughing that you get over in a few minutes!. One cigarette is too small a dose of the chemicals involved to permanently damage your lungs and other tissue!. Depending on things like distance from your face, ventilation, etc!., an hour or so of second hand smoke will expose you to as much or more of the toxins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nothing will happen!. But you may get addicted if you like it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
