Question: If I want a flatter tummy and harder abs, about how many sit-ups should I do a night!?
I'm onley 15, and I'm allready skinny, I weighed 117 pounds last time I checked!. So I don't need to diet and do like one hour exercises every day, I was wondering though how many sit-ups I should do daily though just to make that one last stride to perfect my body, my boyfriend says I should do about 30 a day, is that enough!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

As many as you can handle!. Go until it hurts!. Then keep going!. Then you wont be able to bear it anymore!. So do 10 more!.

Adding weight and holding light dumbbells above your body will increase the stress on the muscles and allow them to hypertrophy and grow quicker!. I recommend doing this!. Search for weighted crunches on any search engine for some good images and directions!.

The important thing to remember here is this: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS SPOT REDUCTION! If you want to lose fat in your stomach area, doing crunches wont help that!. You will increase the tone and size of the abs, for sure!. But in order to actually SEE those abs you need to get your body fat % downWww@Answer-Health@Com
