Whats a good exersize?...!?

im a 12 year old gurl and im gonna try out 4 basketball and i need a exersize to get my stamina up. any advive?


Answers:

many people may suggest running but it can be hard on ur legs. try bike riding wall sits, email me about different stair activites, email me about hop scotch activites, ladders, crunchs/sit ups, push ups, get this thing called a gum drop and try balancing, another different 2 person exercise, hopping over a ball of any kind but remember to stretch!!!!!
