Answers:

Genetics plays a big part on your size. What are you parents and grand parents like? You will probably be around the size of your family. If they are short or tall, fat or thin will determine to some part what is going to happen with your stature.

Nutrition is also going to factor in here as well. If you are eating "junk" food, food that has no nutritional value, then you won't have the appropriate building blocks to grow and develop.

Exercise also factors in. The more calories you burn off, the less you are going to have to build your body with.

I suggest you talk to your coach at school about a program to help you develop. Have someone help you make sure you are getting enough of the right types of foods in your diet so that you can develop to your full potential.

Also remember one thing -- it is much better to be under-estimated and make an impressive first impression than to be over estimated and not make a lasting impression with the "older guys".
