Im losing weight...why?!
Question: Im losing weight!.!.!.why!?
Its so weird becuase when I was trying to lose weight and dieting and what not, I only lost like 2 lbs in 6 weeks! So I gave up a couple weeks ago and now all of a sudden I am losing weight!. I lost 8 lbs in the last 2 weeks but I still eat pretty unhealthy!. What could the weight loss be from!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes when we diet, we don't eat enough and our bodies go into "starvation mode" and we actually don't lose weight and sometimes even gain - which is why dieting is not the answer when it comes to losing weight, but eating properly and eating healthy fresh foods is the answer!.
If you are having a sudden drop in weight despite eating junk food, perhaps you should have a check up at the doctor as it could indicate illness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What kind of workouts were you doing before giving up!?
It could be muscle loss that is where the weight loss is coming from!. Or you could be eating less even though what you eat is unhealthy!.
A person who smokes and only eats crackers and soda will lose weight!. Doesn't mean it's the healthy way to do it!.
Start again, but look into healthy forms of exercise for you and gradually make changes to your diet to a more healthy way!. See what happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
