Question: Should I be running in my physical condition!?
I'm 6ft and 145lbs I've been trying to gain weight but its next to impossible!. I stopped running because I was losing weight but I really love to run!. Do you think I should take it up again or should I make sure I'm getting a ton of calories in me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep running!.!.!.theres no reason to stop!.!.!.if you are concerned about losing weight!.!.!.then get a good weight gainer protein shake such as cytogainer!.!.!.that has like around 1,000 calories per shake and it will definately put some meat on you!.!.!.that will counter the weight loss!.!.!.but dont rely on that solely!.!.make sure you have a good diet and drink plenty of water!.!.!.good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
A person should never stop exercising, it is very important to maintain good health!. You need to eat more carbohydrates and proteins!. So I say take it up again, eat more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
