If you want muscle, lift heavy, low reps and low sets!.

The biggest key is your diet, you need to take in more calories than you normally do, and not junk food!. Foods like potatoes, eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, milk, wheat bread, pasta, meat!.

Take in at least 500 calories more than you normally do!. Rest is also very important, 8 hours at least is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try and get 30g's of protein every 3-4 hours!.

Don't overtrain!. Do not train for more than 1 hour a day!. Muscle gain occurs during rest, and the food replenihes, rebuilds the stretched muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
