Answers:
it's actually not the food, but the amount of calories you consume!. Healthy food means good for your health, not for weight loss!. You can overeat on grapes, too: one kilo of grapes has 650 calories, eat 4 kilos a day, and you did it!.
If you used to eat high caloric food all the day long, and now is replacing it with fruit, yes, you will lose weight at first!. When your caloric intake will again coordinate to your weight needs, you will stop losing it!. You should break this snacking habit, and try to have three meals a day, and that is that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sure! as long as you dont consume too many cals, you should be fine?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah u will lose weight! cause its healthy food!! so it burns the fat calories in ur body!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Snacking in a healthy way is much better than snacking on junk food!. But remember, a calorie is a calorie (although you can eat more healthy foods than you can junk foods!.!.!.calorie wise)!. Just burn off more calories than you consume!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah it's actually better for you to eat small portions all day rather than just three big mealsWww@Answer-Health@Com

To an extent!.!.!.!.it depends on which "healthy" foods you choose!. Fruits tend to have a higher sugar/calorie content than veggies, so veggies would be the better choice!.

Check the Curves website!. It used to have a list of "free" foods that you were allowed to eat as much as you wanted!.

You mention that you eat when stressed, etc!. Sometimes eating is just a way of actually doing something with our nervous jitters!. It helps if you can change your routine or stay away from what upsets you!. Sometimes that can't be avoided though!. By recognizing that you are becoming stressed, you can try to maybe take a walk, etc to calm down some!. Exercise also help to reduce your hunger in addition to burning calories!. You can also try doing something that involves using your hands - like working outdoors - which is a side benefit in that you are "away" from food!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
