someone said it worked but i dont know and can i replace the oatmeal with boiled egg whites and add in exercise

It may, but make sure you get a balanced diet throughout your day.
Also remember that despite that oatmeal is good for you, it provides alot of carbs. Also Eggs in general (white and yolk) are good for you, lots of protein & low calories only problem is that eggs contain alot of cholesterol. (so don't go eating several eggs per day).
Juice is good to but many juices contain added sugar so watch for that I would say that drink water in the morning or atleast 1% milk and eat a piece of fruit.
