Malt beverages/beer or Hard liquor?!


Question: Malt beverages/beer or Hard liquor!?
I like the Bacardi and Smirnoff malt beverages a lot, and I enjoy a beer every now and then!. I also like margaritas, mojitos, and martinis!. If I am trying to lose some weight (nothing significant, just 10 or 15 pounds), which is the one that impact weight more!? I am sure there is a science to how alcohol affects metabolism and weight loss, I am just not aware of it!.

Which one would be okay to keep in moderation (one or two drinks a week)!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Example: Tortilla chips are bad enough!. It's the stuff we pile onto them to make nachos that add the bulk of the calories!. With any alcohol, the calories are empty meaning there is NO nutritional value!. The mixer is going to add to the caloric intake!. You are wise to limit yourself to 1 or 2 drinks per week!. Have whatever your heart desires and you won't feel totally denied!. ENJOY the drink rather than basing your choice on what others tell you may be the best choice!. You know your needs and your tolerance better than anyone else whether you realize it or not!.
