Question: Is my diet good!?
Breakfast: A Small Bowl of Oatmeal, a cup of ice cold water

Lunch: A large spoon of rice with four pieces of chicken and a serving of vegetables!.; A bottle of water

Dinner: A salad of lettuce and tomatoes with half tablespoon of low fat newman's caesar dressing; Two Cups of Water

Dessert: An Orange, and A Cup of Grapes

Exercise: Run on treadmill for 30 minutes!.

Sounds like you're not eating enough!.!. Are you hungry at all through out the day!? You may want to add some more protein to your dinner salad!. This will prevent you from craving and binging!.

Not really!. Sounds like it's not nearly enough food!. You should eat at LEAST 5 servings of vegetables a day!. Where are the whole grains in your diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What do you mean by "4 pieces of chicken"!? It's better to tell us the amount in weight!.!.like 4 oz of chicken breast strips!.

And are you counting calories!? It doesn't seem like you're eating enough at all!. You should be eating no less than 1200 calories a day, or your meatbolism will slow down, and you will begin to lose your lean muscle, as well as fat!. Have an apple and a small yogurt with your oatmeal in the morning!.Try eating some grilled shrimp on top of your dinner salad, maybe some more dairy too!. People who have 3 servings of lowfat dairy lose weight faster!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
