How do you lose weight..........?!

How do you lose weight..........?

But only in certain areas? I have always been a very tiny person. Even after having 2 children, I'm still pretty petite. I've always been able to eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight. Most of my life I prayed to gain weight. After I turned 30 I did notice that gaining weight was a bit easier, although still never gained too much. However the past few years I've noticed the weight gaining on my stomach......just where I don't want it to go. Does anyone have any advise as to how I can lose some of the weight in my stomach area, without losing it anywhere else? I've been doing chrunches and that has helped a bit, but it's not toning the area enough.

I don't need to lose wieght all over.....I only weigh about 118. So to those who suggested diet pills....that would not be an option. I'm looking for suggestions on how to tone my stomach. That's the only problem I have. I'm actually happy with my weight, just not with my stomach stomach area.

CF: Yes that is what I'm looking to do. I'm not concerned about the actual weight. Toning is what I'm actually looking to do. The crunches alone are not enough, but I don't know what else to do. I need a good lower abdominal workout!
