What to eat to build abs/ lean muscle!?
I'm curious on how to lose body fat while gaining muscle!.
I'm not expecting it to happen overnight (obviously)
But I want to hear from someone who has knowledge in this, and/or has achieved this!.
Here are the measurements, i'm a 15 year old female
5'4 in height, and 123lbs!.
I want to get down to 117
I need specifics on what to eat during the day!. I know about the "5 small meals" but what consists of these meals !? how often should I eat, and WHAT most importantly should I be eating!?
What have you done that works!?
Also, about strength training, what are some good excercises to perform to build up thigh muscle/ abs and just be a lean mean machine!
Any tips/ suggestions/specifics would be appreciated!

I used a diet of 5-6 small meals that consisted of complex carb sources, essential fatty acids, and lean protein sources!. Here would be an example of my diet!.!.!.
Breakfast
-- Small bowl of oatmeal w/ strawberries/blueberries
-- 1 Egg + 1 White Omelette w/ veggies and avocado
Snack (post workout)
-- Whey Protein Shake
-- Whole Wheat Bagel
-- Large Apple/Pear/Banana
Lunch
-- Cup of FatFree Cottage Cheese
-- Huge Salad
Snack
-- Slice of Whole Wheat Toast
-- Natural Peanut Butter
-- Whey Protein Shake
Dinner
-- Chicken Breast/Tuna/Salmon Filet
-- Huge Salad
-- Apple/Strawberries for Dessert
Before Bed
-- 1/2 Cup FF Cottage Cheese
-- 1/2 Serving Whey Protein
-- Small Spoon of Peanut Butter

well man!.!. u are like me!.!.
im 15!.!.
and last year i was 5'6 and i was 200 lbs!.!.
now im 5'7 and i 130 lbs
and i barely have fat on me!.!. i got mostly muscle brother!.!.
well what got me like this is walking everyday!. (atleast 2 km)
and u build that up 2 jogging then runnin and so on
do 50 push ups and sit ups evryday!.
u should have atleast 2 glasses of milk a day this will give u stronger bones and this will help u build the muscle
make sure u eat food with high protein!.!. such as meats (chicken (withoutskin), lean beef and etc!.!.
also try 2 cut down on things like mcdonalds and soft drinks all the time man!.!. cos this will really stack the weight on u man!.!.
