Question: How do you get pass that point where you body just won't loose anymore weight!?
It's like all your diets and exercise that were working have now just come to a halt!. I've even switched up the food and exercise and still the exact same weight!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

most likely your caloric intake is too low to promote fat loss!. for most the caloric intake needs to be slightly more than the BMR requires just to facilitate fat loss!. when the calories are reduced too low as compared to the daily energy requirements of the body the metabolic rate can slow to a crawl regardless of the amount of exercise that is performed!. it's one of the many ways that the body protects it's self!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Add strength training if you haven't already!. It will boost your metabolism and help you break through the plateau!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
