If you engage in a full body weights program along side your regular cardio, you will reach your goal somewhat quicker!.
I give this plan to people who want to bulk up but tell them to seriously up their calorie intake!.
You're a pretty big lad so cut out all the sh!te you're eating and substitue for lean meat, fish, wholemeal rice + pasta, plenty of fruit + veg beans, pulses and nuts and seeds!.
The idea is that as your muscles get bigger, they demand more calories so you burn fat much quicker than if you were just doing cardio!.
3 times a week
- Bench press variation
- Military press / overhead press
- Wide grip pull up/lat pull down
- Bent over row/seated cable row
- Squats or deadlifts
Vary you set rep ranges:
Monday - 5x5
Wednesday - 3x8
Friday - 3x10-12
You should always be struggling out your last few reps so adjust weight accordingly!.
Good luck mate!.!.!.and if you need motivation!.!.!.just think about all the extra action you're gonna see when you shift the flab!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, this is an important rule - dont starve yourself!. i have a very good reason why!. When you dont eat, your metabolism slows down, becuase theres not much to digest!. when you eat more, it gets faster so it can digest more!. Dont eat too much!. a salad sandwich and a piee of fruit is enough for munch!. Dont calculate the amount of food you should eat by matter!. calculate by carbs/kilojoules!. you should have about 8000 kilojoules a day!. i dont know how many calories!.

In your case you need to burn more calories than you consume my friend!.
If you are to loose this wait you need three things
- A healthy diet with lower calories
- An varied excerise regime that burns calories (cardio) and weights to build muscle mass
- Motivation
The key thing is to do this in steps, it will not be a quick fix though if you set yourself acheivable goals week by week you will get there!.
Few suggestions -
Swimming - uses every muscle in your body at the same time
Weights program - turn fat into muscle
Bike rides - works your lower body whilst getting your heart and lungs working!.
Good luck and keep at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
