Am I fat, average, or thin?!


Question: Am I fat, average, or thin!?
I'm 5'8 weight about 160-165 I wear a size 11-13 in junior jeans but no on ever believes me they think i'm like a size 6 which i guess is good for me but it really baffles me as to why i wear such a big size but i don't look it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, you are by no means overweight -- I'm 5'9" and wear the same size jeans as you do and get complimented on my figure all the time!. It's all about your bone structure and overall shape, rather than what the scale tells you!. Also, you may have a high muscle-to-fat ratio!. Muscle weighs more than fat, so you may weigh more than someone who actually looks heavier than you!.

Concentrate on a healthy lifestyle and don't buy into our culture's obsession with weight!. Be proud of your own unique body and give your scale to someone who is a slave to it!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

at 165 pounds your bmi is 25!.1, which is just barely overweight!. at 160, your bmi is 24!.3, which is normal weight, but up there!.!.

I'm not one to tell you that you need to gain or loose weight!. As long as you are happy with yourself, that is all that matters!. Don't let size determine if you need to loose weight!. You probally look like a size 6 because of the areas you carry your weight!. I have friends that are 5-10 pounds less than me but wear a larger size because of where they carry there weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are a normal weight for a normal healthy adult!. If you want to be a supermodel, then you are overweight!. Size 6 and 8 are pretty common sizes!.
