How can i tell if the weight i am loosing is water weight?!


Question: How can i tell if the weight i am loosing is water weight!?
because i am confused, all i have been doing is wearing weights on my legs for a week and apparently i have lost 6 pounds, or maybe its 3 i cant work out this stupid scale lol, there is 7 lines between each number does that mean it goes up in twos because there is 14 pounds to a stone!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm no expert but i do know that the best way to lose weight is by eating healthy (and dnt starve yourself coz that dont help at all) and by exercising!. I think that wearing the weights is pushing it a bit coz though it does burn more calories, there are better ways like sport!. And you shouldn't push your body too hard!. Just eat healthy and exercise - it is slow but you get the best results - trust me i know i've been there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're only losing water weight if you're peeing more than usual and/or sweating more than usual!. The weights you're wearing has your body working harder, and the added weight makes you burn more calories!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please dont wear weights, i never even knew they existed until now, it sounds awfull, go out for a run in the fresh air or go swimming or something that doesnt sound like an ancient torture device!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weights are fine for the arms and legs and are actually used in some aerobic type excercising!. IF you walk alot though you may be better off without those as brisk walking is what burns the calories best and those may slow you down some!.

I would watch the calorie intake most and keep hydrated to go to the bathroom and flush out excess then!. It is likely you are losing some water weight gain this way but not all of it is as when you do any aerobic (swim, walk fast, run, etc!.) this burns fat as well and you end up with leaner body results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do belief you could do yourself some harm,
Do not concentrate on weight its deceptive,
concentrate on getting the body shape you want or will feel happy with,
I strongly recommend, swimming, jogging, cycling, resistance training including weights, eating healthily and keeping active!.
