and i wannna lose weght
( its summer so i wake up later)
10breakfast - egg ortoast w/ Peanutebutter
3lunch - sandwhich w/ cheese or stir fry
4:30-5 run on tredmill, do weight lifts for my arms/legs on a bowflex 3 reps of 10 or 15
7:30dinner - salad
smthingn around those foods
(8-9)snacks- almonds, carrots
i sleep at usualy 11
1 litre of watter a day
wat else do u think i should do?
