For me I have followed a Nutritional Cleanse program that consists of days like:
~ Cold Processed Whey Protein Shake for Breakfast
~ Two snacks throughout the morning (almonds, fruit, nutritional wafer)
~ Veggie Salad, with a protein (fish, chicken, egg)
~ Two snacks throughout the morning (almonds, fruit, nutritional wafer)
~ Cold Processed Whey Protein Shake for Dinner
~ Two snacks throughout the morning (almonds, fruit, nutritional wafer)

Exercise = minimum of 20 minutes each day, often up to 90 minutes!. Different activities each day to keep it interestingWww@Answer-Health@Com
