How can i LOSE weight??!


Question:

How can i LOSE weight??

Can i have some tips/excersises to LOSE weight, thanks.

Also with losing weight consists of a healthy diet here is my normal day-Mon-Fri-

breakfast... a milo
first lunch break.... a packet of chips(salt& vinegar), ham & cheese sanwiches and jucie
second lunch break... jucie and an apple
afternoon snack..... my afternoon snack turns into a full size plate full of mainly rice, soyasause, meat & vegies.
dinner... very light maybe an orange or salad.

......i snack alot tho on saturdays & sundays!!!

anything i should change?? or any new foods i should try??
