Question: Whats the most filling food when your on a diet!?
Whats the most filling food when your on a diet!? I am always hungry in the morning and lunch and at dinner!.!. I always eat big meals and tried the 6 meal a day but i want to lose my hips and bum!. So whats the most filling food that can still shape up my body!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat meat, fruits and vegetables!. but if you want to lose weight dont eat rice especially in the evening after six but you can eat rice in the morning !.!.

I find porridge/Oatmeal really filling!. Keeps you full for hours and is only like 150 calories!.
For other meals make sure you get a serving of wholegrain carbs like brown rice or bread since these should satisfy your hunger and stop you craving unhealthy stuff later!.

You need to eat stuff with lots of fiber and bran!. Try oatmeal in the mornings!. Or a bran cereal!. Or beans if you don't like breakfast food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What you need is to suppress your appetite, that is the most effective way to control your hunger urges!. Ever since I started my diet, I have had no problems with hunger!.

Chicken, cooked anyway but fried is extremely filling!.

Whole wheat pasta is also very filling, as is oatmeal (not instant)!.


Ill be you money you cant over eat if your eating chicken breasts and Whole wheats!.

I find barley very filling!. Plus its very good for you!. I like to cook some veggies (carrots, green beans, and mushrooms) with olive oil, then stir in a cup of barley and and 2 cans of chicken broth slowly!.!.!. Makes alot but its good for leftovers!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Peanut butter!!. High in protein and very filling!. I like to spread some over celery sticks!. Peanut butter, like most nuts is high in fat but unsaturated fat is a neccessary component of a blanced diet!.

Generally speaking, any high protein food is going to keep you "feeling full" a lot longer than carbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i`ll suggest you a great breakfast!.!.mix 35g of instant oatmeal with a handfull of chopped raw almonds and some raisins!.!.!.very filling,and healthy too!.!.dont forget to have a glass of green tea before every meal and 200ml of water after every meal!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

some great foods to incorporate that fill you up and are good for you include:
oatmeal
brown rice
and the best of all!.!.!. nuts, especially almonds!. The antioxidants, the protein!. It's a great food to snack on throughout the day!.

The six meals a day is good since you really feed yourself till your satisfied and not till you're full every meal!. You feel hungry less if you're snacking like that!. An easy way to do it is really just cut in half what you would normally eat so eat half of your normal breakfast at 7ish and the other half around 10!. Or just eat smaller portions and have healthy snacks like some fruit or a handful of almonds and you're set!. Drink plenty of water throughout the day since water helps the flow of nutrients throughout your body and can actually help you feel more full!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

the most filling food i have found is pea soup!. when i am starving and want junk, i tell myself i can have a treat if i still want it after maybe 2 bowls of pea soup!. i then never feel like eating anything after! i use this trick all the time!. (but it should be nice, thick, homemade soup, not the watery crap in a can!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com
