Question: Quickest way to get rid of fat!?
Hi I have 4 kids and they have taken a toll on my body!. I am 5'7 and 135lbs!. I am not over weight just having issues picking my butt back off the floor!. lol I have extra giggly fat on calves thighes!. I am just trying to feel a little better about myself!. And this is my only serious problem area!. Do any of these fat burners work!? I don't have much time to exercise between taking care of my kids cleaning house etc!. This takes up my whole day!. I am also not a big junk food eater!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i stopped eating carbs and dairy other then low fat yogurt for a mmonth i lost 15 pounds (i cheatedd a little) i could have lost 25

Maybe try DVD workouts after the kids are in bed or doing hobbies or something!? I get mine at walmart or other cheap video bins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you can start by making a few simple changes in your routine!. I am a mother of two, and have the same problem in my waist, and we weigh about the same, except I am three inches SHORTER!. So, what I have begun to do, is still eat the junk food, but eat way smaller portions, and limit myself to junk food only once a day!. Gradually, I will work this down to once a month, once every two months, etc etc until no more junk food at all!. THEN, I switched from drinking sodas all the time, to drinking cold water all the time!. This was hard at first!. Especially since I thought that the extra caffeine was helping me stay awake during the day!. Now after having been off sodas for 2 weeks and on water for the same time, I realize that water is the cure for the slow-moms!. I am in a better mood, have more energy etc etc!. Don't underestimate the calorie burning powers of chasing 4 kids around, and keeping your home at the least "liveable"!. If you are a clean freak like myself, you will be burning way more calories than you think!. Already I have seen improvement in my waist line, and in my overall quality of life!. I hope this helps you!. Also, take note that the "quick fixes" only lead to more problems, and that the only way to lose weight and keep it off, is to exercise and diet!.
