Question:
Is it enough?
I am buring only 200 cals on my tredmill and then I dont kow how many during my 15-20 min stretch & weight lift, is this enough exercise if I want to lose 35-40lbs and I intake 1200-1600 cals per day?
I think I have a really slow metabolism b/c i gained about 30lbs in the last 2 years until 5 weeks ago when I started working out and couting cals/ eating better. I havent seen any results on the scale yet or in my clothes but i feel better.
Mabey I should step it up? What do you think?

oh- im 5'0, 155lbs, Goal is 120lbs

Slow weight loss is actually the best form of weight loss. if your exercise routine is comfortable for you then stick with it. Dont expect immediate visible results expect them in 2 to 3 months time
