Will Someone Who READS THE DETAILS answer this?!?!

Question: Will Someone Who READS THE DETAILS answer this!?!!?
I was wondering if I could get this condition called "Hyponatremia" (low blood sodium)!.

I just jogged/ran for about half an hour, and then drank about 7 glasses of water or so (not all at once)!.

Now, I heard that if you drink too much water after exercising, you could deplete your sodium level in your blood, causing hyponatremia!.!.

I'm not an athlete, and I drank about 7 or 8 glasses of water today total!.

I don't feel ill, but I was curious to know if I might get this problem!.

I probably had about a total of 900mg of salt today, which seems safe to me!.!.!.

Am I in danger, though!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, you're almost certainly fine!.

People who get hyponatremia are marathoners who RUN for HOURS without replenishing their sodium & electrolyte levels!. For normal people, dehydration is a bigger worry than hyponatremia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking water can thin out the amount of sodium in the blood!. It's best to drink things that have electrolytes in it like gatorade when you're going to be working out at all!. Causes of chronic hyponatremia are cancer, cirrhosis of the liver (usually found in alcoholics), kidney failure, with vomiting or diarrhea and heart failure!. If you were jogging just today it doesn't sounds like you have the above!. Acute hyponatremia comes usually from people who do really intensive workouts!. If you were hyponatremic you would know!. You'd have dizziness, confusion, muscle spasms, nausea, vomiting, possible hallucinations or convulsions!.

It's good that you drink plenty of water, just space it out throughout the day and you had plenty of salt to replenish in your body!. Don't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
