eat what you want until 4 and do not eat after 4!. and excersise i lost 10 lbs in 8 days doing that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's really not healthy to lose more than 2 lbs per week!. That would mean that in 5 months (or 20 weeks), you could probably lose about 40 lbs!. I would recommend simply counting your calories and restricting your calorie intake!. Also, of course exercise is a must!. Maybe some balance ball exercises!? Balance balls are cheap (probably about $20) and easy to use at home!. No expensive gym membership required!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
