Question: Can anyone give me a suggestion of how I can change my diet so I can lose weight!?
I've tried to eat healthier in order to lose weight, and I've done so for over a month now without seeing any results!. I do believe I eat healthy, but I think I eat too much!. Here's what I eat:
Breakfast:
1 yogurt
1 slice of bread, with cheese and butter
200 gram juice
Lunch:
2 slices of bread, with cheese and butter
200 gram juice
an apple
Dinner:
Depends what I eat from day to day, but for example 2 pancakes with blueberry jam, and a dessert yogurt
Before I go to bed I also eat:
3 slices of bread with cheese and butter
200 gram/dl juice
Total amount of calories: about 2630
I've sticked to this diet for more than a month, without any weight lost!. Could anyone suggest a new diet for me, or tell me what products I could change in order to lose weight!? It would also be nice if you could add the number of calories in the diet, but it's not required!.

drink water
and only lean meats
chicken,turkey, tuna and salmon are great
no bread
have only 1 slice a day because your body likes a little bit of carbs
have no potatoes

Ok this is an example day!.
1)Wake up!. Within 5 minutes have 2 glasses of cold water - kickstarts metabolism
2) Within the next 20 minutes(really helps u to loose ur gut, is u have it within 20 minutes of waking up) have a good carb and protein breakfast, like oatmeal
3) Within the next 2-3 hours one small serving of low fat yogurt with strawveries or any fruits
4) 2 medium pieces of chicken breast or turkey(leaner meat) cooked in any kind of low fat sauce!.Or a sandwich using whole wheat bread!.
5)Within the next 2 hours protein shake (55 g) with or without fruit in it
6) Early dinner - wheat bread toasted with 3 egg whites and 1 yolk cooked the way u want
7) Half hour before bed protein shake (55g)
8)optimum calorie consumption 1600 -1800 cals a day split in 5-6 meals!.Drink plenty of water and exercise atleast 3 times weekWww@Answer-Health@Com
