Question: Help, I have skinny forearms!?
Help!. I'm a guy with skinny forearms!. I am going to start working out, but what can i really do for my forearms!? Someone asked if i was anorexic once!. The truth is, i eat a lot, my metabolism just seems to travel at lightspeed!. What fat i do get just goes str8 to my stomach and isn't distributed well!. It's not becoming for a guy to be so skinny!. What should i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow, we're twins! I'm 6 foot 6 and I weigh 145 pounds, and I eat more than the average person!. I've always had skinny forearms too!.

The info I've gathered (and seems to be working so far) is that if you're going to work out, put about 75% of the work into your legs!. They are the male body's main producer of testosterone, which both energizes you and causes your other muscles to grow!. It's a proven fact that if you build your leg muscles, the rest of your body will catch up on its own!.

So yeah, take vitamins, drink lots of water, and work the legs!. If you're in school it's best to eat breakfast, but otherwise make sure to skip it!. If you do, your metabolism will slow down for that day, which means you'll gain extra weight from your other meals (which should be fairly large)!. Good luck man!Www@Answer-Health@Com

get you some weight gainner to go along with your workout!. Also look online for forearm exercises and equipment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try Wrist Curls and Reverse Wrist Curls!. Also, biceps exercises tend to work the forearms, but not as much as the two specifically for them though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Basically what Deeje said!. Heavy compound lifts such as deadlifts will make your arms stronger, but in order for them to get bigger, you'll need to eat more!. Again, the heavy compound lifts will aid in the development of the muscle not only on your arms, but on your whole body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
