Question: So witch one is it!? They say to eat ur first meal 30-60min after waking up but the also say!.!.!.!.!?

I used to workout before I ate breakfast, which resulted in me just getting overly tired with achy muscles!. I consulted a trainer and they told me that the very best thing to do is to NEVER workout on a completely empty stomach!. If you simply have a protein SHAKE for breakfast before your workout, you have the energy you need to get through it, and you also have the protein to help you build the lean muscle you are trying to achieve!. This was a trainer that worked in a Ladies' Workout Express!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

work out before breakfast for say, half an hour, and then eat half an hour afterwards,
that way your metabolism has an amazingly good start :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
