Is it possible to lose 10-15 pounds before August 14th?
If so how?

You should be able to lose 10 to 15 lbs ...the healthy way is to exercise , drink lots of water and stay away from junk food, sweets and drinks....eat fruit, vegetabke, meat, fish and healthy food...exercise at least 30 to 60 mins a day ...you will be able to lose those lbs...if you wanna do it in an unhealthy way then just eat 500 calories a day but that is bad for your health....hope i was of some help :)
