Never weigh yourself that much!. That is obsessive and ridiculous!. Your weight can fluctuate throughout the day even if you don't eat at all!. You should only weigh yourself once a week, and once a month if you are a woman!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course, you do put weight after you eat!.!.but your body burn all those fats by night and when ur active!. The reasons u gained weight!.!.iss not active and stuffs, the fat build up and yeah!.
