What's healthiest to eat at Wagamama?!


Question: What's healthiest to eat at Wagamama!?
I'm going to wagamama for dinner tomorrow, but am on a diet, what is going to be the healthiest thing to have on the menu!? I usually have the ebi raisukaree, but I don't know if it's ok for diet or not!?!

Does anyone have any ideas on what's probably best for me!?

Mm i love wagamama!. It's actually quite a healthy restaurant compared to others so you're not going to be tooo bad no matter what you choose!.

Generally avoid fatty meats such as duck and pork!. Anything with breadcrumbs and anything fried such as teppan should be lowest on your list!. Japanese rice dishes are quite starchy!.

They have a range of salads- these are first choice for you as low in carbs
The ramens are good and similar dishes such as the chilli mens, itames etc

As for deserts the ice creams are okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
