I've been really hungry today?!
Question: I've been really hungry today!?
I'm on a diet and I've been eating well, and enough and exercising, but for some reason I'm really hungry today!? I have had my snacks for the day and I have been drinking green tea, peppermint tea and water to try and get rid of my need for food but nothing is working!!?
I don't know what to do!?! Should I just give in and have some toast or a sandwich or something or just try to ignore it til dinner (3 hours away!!!!)
I don't want to ruin my diet and feel like I've cheated myself!

Your body definitely knows what it needs!. If you are that hungry you body is trying to tell you something!. I think it is better to eat something to satisfy you right now, then to not eat and have this feeling for days!.
Is your period coming by chance!? I know that during that time you body needs to store more food in preparation for what its about to go through!. Just a thought!.
Have another snack, your body will feel better, and you won't be thinking about it non-stop!

have something low in fat and healthy,,like carrot sticks or fruit slices,,,and spoil yourself a little,,get some carrott sticks and dip
