How can I lose 30 pound within 2 months?!


Question: How can I lose 30 pound within 2 months!?
We planned a Hershey Park trip in the June!. I have never been skinny before!. If I can lose this weight my doctor(who also wants me to lose weight) my familly and I would all be so happy!. I wanna look good in a bikini for once!. Please help me!. Work outs!. Food!. Anything! PLEASE HELP ME!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to really be serious about this!.
Trust me, it's hard when you don't notice improvements within the first two days!.
I've gone through the same crap!.


Start off by coming up with a good diet plan!.
Cut out McDonalds (and all places you eat out at), extra candy, SODA AND SUGAR DRINKS (do NOT drink your calories!)

for breakfast, have a bowl of a healthy cereal that has lots of fiber and other healthy things!. don't have lucky charms or frosted flakes, no matter how low the calorie serving is! MEASURE OUT YOUR CEREAL!

you can have a 100 calorie snack between breakfast and lunch
for lunch, try to pack healthy food (low fat, low sugar!.!.!.lots of fruits and veggies!)!. maybe at the most have it be about 400-500 calories!.
(remember to count all this out)
have a 100 calorie snack between lunch and dinner!.
dinner, try a weight watchers packaged dinner!. they're actually not that bad!. they're pretty tasty!.

make sure you drink at least 3-4 water bottles a day!. if that means forcing yourself, do it! drink section by section or the water bottles!. it'll make you feel way fuller!.

start running in the afternoon (at least 2 hours after lunch!.!.!.have your snack after your run)!. it sounds bad, but just build up your mileage and ENDURANCE! and trust me, this is not going to be easy! start off SLOWLY jogging a mile!. then try to improve your times!. then add another mile on and improve, etc etc!.

just follow your exercise plan/diet plan!. have it fit you!. don't give up, seriously!. post a picture of a skinny model on your refridgerator for inspiration =P

That's a bit much!.!.!.I'd say 20 is a more reasonable goal!. Limit your calorie intake to a safe level (probably not less than 1300-1500 calories a day)!.!.!.cut out needless carbs (cake, cookies, white bread) and add more fruits and vegetables, eat slower and wait after you eat for your stomach to realize you are full, drink more water or diet drinks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everybody is different so don't go to buy the next "big diet" that they throw out on the market!. There is a website on the internet where they actually have a weight loss expert record a CD specifically for you! I heard people are getting Great results! They send you a questionaire and ask that you fill it out as honestly as possible, then they get to work! you could lose 30 pounds in 3 monthes but I'm not sure about two monthes!. In two monthes you could probably lose 20 pounds!. It is much too dangerous to lose that much weight at a time!. Eat healthy foods and do not do any diet programs!. Do not overeat!. Eat as much as you need to or less but you can't not eat, that's not healthy and can damage your health!. Work out daily everyday at the same time!. Run miles, go swimming and doing sit-ups and push-ups will help!.

You need to count calories!. Women should take in about 1500 a day!. Make sure you eat breakfast this will kick off your metabolism do not snack after dinner but snack on veggies and stuff during the day!. Then walk or jog a mile every day when I did this I lost 5 pounds a week good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's possible but chances are you don't have the will power and determination that it would take to accomplish this!. Besides the fact that you would almost definately gain the weight back as soon as you returned to your normal routine!. If you want to try what I've done give it a shot!. <700 calories a day 5-6 days out of the week on the off day eat a normal meal!. This may seem extreme but so is losing 30 lbs in 2 months!. Running is crucial!. It's not really important how far you run as long as your heart rate is up and you are sweating!. It usually takes about 15 minutes of activity before your body will start burning the fat!. I would run fast on the tread mill for about 20 mins, that way my heart would speed up faster , that worked for me but it seems like females do better by jogging for a longer period of time!. Try to run twice a day, morning and night!. God honest truth that is all I did, that and worked my normal 9-5 job!. The hard parts are at night when you get really hungry but that's where veggies and fruit come in handy!. Water takes a lot of hunger away as well!. Keep your stomach full and you wont feel as hungry!. One more thing, I was using a whey meal replacement shake in the afternoon for lunch!. I bought it at Sams club for $15 and it would last me about 2!.5 weeks!. So basically I would eat one healthy meal a day, usually chicken breast!. You can have 2 chicken breast and it only uses 500 calories!. The shake is 150 calories and whatever else you snack on, veggies and such!. In reality you're probably going to be eating less than 1000 calories a day but I never really counted the fruit and veggies because i could eat as much of that as i wanted and my weight would still drop!. The basic idea though, is to have a low calorie diet!. Not a healthy diet, not a moderate diet or anything else that these health gurus say to do, a very low calorie diet, with lots of cardio and water!. To lose that much weight that fast you have to make sacrafices, no it's not the most healthy thing to do but neither is staying up all hours of the night and going to work at 7am the next day like half the people in the world do!. It wont kill you!. The worst thing about it is that like i said chances are you'll gain the weight back as soon as you go back to your old routine!. For long term results you have to be patient and smart about it!. But quick fixes aren't usually about smart, its about getting what we want when we want it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!.
