Which excercize???!


Question:

Which excercize???

What are some good excersizes that will work out the thighs.
That will lose the fat and gain little muscle???

(the muscle part doesnt realy matter ,i just want to loose the fat)


Answers:

Lunges- you don't have to use any weight to do them. Squats with little to no weight also will give you good results.
