exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
get more active
get more sleep it prepares your body
stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat!.

I hate to seem like I'm spamming, and hate to seem cranky about it, but people refuse to understand this!.
I'm sorry if this upsets people but the answer to their problems is so simple! i know it's tough to have willpower and stick with this, and I'm no medical professional, but I know the true secret to lose weight and keep it off!. It has been around for thousands of years, when mankind existed before the industrial revolution!. You want to know the secret!? It's the easiest remedy, requires no guesswork, and can take awhile, but is worth the benefits!? Suspense gotcha yet!?

OK, the real true way the body was created, to maintain your weight true to your height and build is to!.!.!.!.

1) Eat as much unprocessed organic foods as possible!. Lay off the prepackaged, starchy, homogenised, refined foods!. Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, whole grains, and get as much protein from vegetation!. ANYTHING YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO RAISE, GROW OR COOK FROM SCRATCH!! If you must eat meat, eat organic!. Or buy from kosher markets!. Drink bottled spring water!. Fiji water is the best!. It might seem more expensive at first, but think of it this way!. Would you rather pay into aggravating medical bills stemming from your unhealthy lifestyle, or spend a little more serving you and your family healthy foods your bodies intended to have since the creation of mankind!?
Think about it!. There wasn't a whole lot of overweight couch potato settlers!. They worked for what they had!. Physical labor, for meagre earnings, meagre food rationed!. yet, they survived!. They were their average weight!. There was not diabetes, or any strange diseases we see today!. Don't believe me!? Google it!. Which brings me to number 2!.!.!.

2) Exercise as much as you can!. Even if it means short simple walks daily at first!. Before all the modernisation of the world we walked, lifted, stooped, knelt, and occasionally ran!. The ratio to exercise is burn off at least over half of what you consumed the previous day!. Normal brain functions, stress, everyday activities besides exercise burns off the rest, and doesn't deposit as fat!.

If you aren't healthy enough for physical activities, I urge you to cut out the prepackaged foods, and corn syrup laden drinks, and eat more natural foods!. I guarantee you will lose weight from just doing that, than relying on herbal teas or any nutritional supplements you found that say "AS SEEN ON TV"!. Marketing gimmicks won't make you be healthy!. ITS ONLY UP TO YOU!

Here's some weight loss tip's I have picked up over the years:

- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week!.

- And try to break your workout into two different sessions, this gives your metabolism a jolt!.

- Drink 10 to 12 cups of water a day!. And try to drink ice cold water, it burns more calories!.

- Take enough vitamins, especially ones that promote weight loss (such as 1800 mg!. of Fish Oil, Vitamin B Complex, Co-enzyme Q-10, ect!. Do your research)!.

- Drink green tea or take green tea pills ( it's been shown to speed up your metabolism)!.

- For your metabolism's sake, eat within 1 hour of waking up and don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed!.

- Try a vegan or vegetarian diet (it worked for me :D)!.

- Drink 12 oz!. of warm lemon water (use the juice of 1/2 a lemon) with a little sea salt every morning!. This will detoxify your body and make your skin look amazing!.

- Or, if giving up meat just isn't your thing, just count calories!. Try to have around 1200 a day!.

- Try to avoid white, bleached, or enriched flour!.

- Stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils!.

- Eat every 2 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism going!.

- Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up!.

- Try to get 6 to 8 hours of sleep!. When your body is deprived of sleep your appiteite increases by 15%!.

- Sugar and artificial sweeteners are the devil!. If you have a sweet tooth, grab some fruit!.

- Avoid all junk food, fast food, and fried food!.

- Try only drinking water, tea, and black coffee!. There are so many hidden calories in drinks!.

- Eat whole grain foods and healthy fats (like olives, avacados, nuts, ect) and stay away from refined or "bad" carbs!.

- Remember to read the labels!. They hide so much junk in "healthy diet" foods now a days!. My rule of thumb is, if I can't pronounce it, I won't put it in my body!. Because you are what you eat!.

cut your food portions in half!. salads are great for lunch!. apples are AMAZING for snack!. 100 calorie packs work too!.

run for 30 minutes everyday, & try taking up pilates- get a set from your local walmart or something!.

Eating Slow will help your body absorb the food at the right level allowing you to fill up much quicker as it will not provide a tendency for you to OVEREAT!!!

The other awesome benefit is that you can spend more time with your family so that you can share the important things in life with each other!!!

Eating Tip 2

Eat 5-6 times per day!. Do not allow your blood sugar levels to drop, in between meals!. By eating more often and eating the right types of foods that are on the low end of the glycemic index, you can keep your blood sugar levels more even throughout the day, and ensure that you are not getting those midafternoon yawns and also help keep the excess weight off!. Remember that when you spike your blood sugar by eating simple sugars and refined carbohydrates, this will potentially cause your body to store fat!!!

Eat Your Breakfast!.!.!. I was bad at this many years ago, but I learned to fuel up early in the day!. Not good for managing your weight and body fat %!. If you just can't resist the munchies, then what I do is eat a few high good fat nuts!. Like unsalted Almonds skin-on (good for fiber) or a couple spoonfuls of no sugar added all natural peanut butter!. Eating a good quality fat food will satisfy your craving and will keep you from binging on something with lots of bad carbohydrates or simple sugars, like ice cream, cake or cookies!.

Eating Tip 6

Stay focused on eating green in every meal!. Always incorporate a good high quality low glycemic index dark green vegetable with each meal!. I suggest things like spinach or romaine lettuce in your lunch time salads!. Eating broccoli, asparagus, or steamed spinach as your vegetable at dinner time!. All of these dark green vegetables supply your body with great vitamins and nutrients as well as being great sources of fiber and are naturally low on the glycemic index scale and will keep your blood sugar levels from spiking after eating!. So think Dark green at meal time and challenge yourself to keep it as part of each and every eating event!.

Eating Tip 7

Blend your foods!.!. Blending your foods means making sure that if you are eating a food item that does contain carbohydrates, ,make sure that you incorporate a good low fat protein along with it!. Not equal and surely not sweet and low!. Splenda is outstanding for sprinkling on low glycemic fresh fruit like blueberries, raspberries and strawberries, and I also use it to sweeten my drink of choice!. Caffeine Free Green Tea that I infuse with cinnamon stick and whole cloves!. What a refreshing cold beverage that keeps the caffeine out of your diet, provides you a great antioxidant and does not spike your blood sugar levels by using the no calorie sweetner in splenda!.

reduce calorie intake to 1000 a day!. This will cause you to lose 2 pounds a week, and this is pretty much the limit!. This is very VERY unhealthy, and you will put the weight back on almost immediately after you start eating normal amounts again!. 15 pounds in 3 weeks is impossible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

um, even if you did lose it, you'd just gain it back!. 15 pounds in 3 months is do-able quite easily and you'd be less likely to gain it back!. Start a nice way of eating healthy and getting exercise and don't worry about the number on the scale just yet!. You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!.
