Why am I still gaining the weight?!


Question: Why am I still gaining the weight!?
I'm 16 years old, 5'3'', (used to be 47 kilos/104pound) current weight -110 lbs!. One moths ago used to ear somewhere 1200 calories, I've lost 20 kilos in 2 months and now I've got an amenorrhea!. Doc said that I'd got to gain the weight , so I started to eat 1550-1600 calories at first(1700-1800 twice in a week)!. I am light active one, but to increase amount of burnt calories, I'm training for 2 hours EVERY DAY! Consequently I'm burning 2300-2200 calories per day (of not more)!. One week ago I had gained 500 grams, now 1 kilo!.!.!. Why is it happening so!?I mean I do know if you want to maintain the weight you should eat as much calories as you're burning! But I'm eating less and still gaining!. I'm recking of sitting on diet again, as I do not want to be a cow in a few weeks!:))=))Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you have an eating disorder and need to see a doctor who specializes in that sort of thing!. You are very beautiful and young and can destroy your life by dieting the way it sounds like you do!. You will not be a cow in a few weeks!. Your metabolism slowed down with all the dieting and exercising in order to conserve the little amount of calories that you were allowing yourself!. That is why when you first start a diet, you lose more weight than later on and later,it is harder to lose weight because your body has shifted gears to try and conserve the energy it needs!.

Please find the proper doctor or other trained professional who can help you !. You are beautiful the way you are and do not need to loose weight!. You are perfect the way you are!.

You could have a thyroid disorder!. That can keep you from losing weight!. Go to a doctor and get a blood test!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your gaining muscle, it weighs more than fat, eat more and train a little less until your at an acceptable balanceWww@Answer-Health@Com

your probably putting on muscle and as its denser you will weigh more!.

A word of advice though 2 hours of training every day is not good for you, you'll knacker your muscles, bones and joints!. 45 min 3-4 times a week is more than enough if your doing an effective work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could be gaining muscle mass if you are working out that much!. Muscle weighs more than fat!. Also what concerns me is that your workout is affecting your mentrual cycle!. Often times female athletes stop having periods!. You might want to go to your dr for a check up just to make sure everything is ok!. Wouldn't hurt to be sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For goodness sake - you are only 16 - what are you trying to do to yourself!. Stop it, before you make yourself ill!. When you are in your teens you tend to have a certain amount of puppy fat!. Not until you are a little older do you lose it but all this calorie counting is not good for you, unless you have a medical condition that necessitates your being careful!. Take advice from one who had bulimia for a great many years and now has a chronic illness and instead of enjoying my retired years, am unable to do the things I love most!.
