How can i lose the most weight in the shortest amount of time?!


Question: How can i lose the most weight in the shortest amount of time!?
ok, so i know losing weight quick is not good for you and you are likely to put it back on, but i need to lose as much weight as possible in 12 weeks! i know several people have so please respond with "real" answers!.!.!.!.not just stop eating! please help!!!!!! i plan on following a 1200 calorie diet and exercising 2 hours a day! weights and cardio, even after the 12 weeks! anyone who has done this let me know how!!!! please please please!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated!. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract!. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it!.

Then also try to find a well balance diet program!. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days!. 1!. Avoid white bread, white rice, white potatoes as much as possible!. Switch to whole grain!.

Ok, if u do want to carry out this stupid idea, remember: vitamine pills, protein drinks (slim fast) and more cardio (running, the rest is bullshit) than weights!. The thing is that u get your body used to an period of hunger so the moment u stop, everything u eat will be put in fat reserves, becoming even fatter!.
Better idea, eat healty, 3 times a week running, and the pounds will melt away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am trying to do the same thing right now for bathing suit season, i am on the speacial K challenge, so far i lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks!. I eat 2 bowls of speacial K a day nd 2 of their snacks and for dinner usually something healthy, i also run for an hour and do at least 300 sit ups(sense im focusing mainly on my stomach)!. So far its going well!. It usually comes out to be 1000 to 1200 calories a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
