Cardio and weights?!


Question: Cardio and weights!?
how many times a week should i incorporate weights!.
i know your not supposed to do it everyday!.
also, can i do 30 minutes of cardio everday and 100+ situps and get results!? if so, should i do the situps before or after the cardio!. please only answer if you know what youre talking about :/ thank you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every other day on weights!. Cardio you can do every day!. You can do cardio everyday and 100 situps but whether or not you get results depends on what you are hoping to accomplish!. This site might help you decide!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

depends on how often you want to work out!. 3-5 days of weights, do cardio and then do the situps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
