Is this a good eating and workout plan?!


Question: Is this a good eating and workout plan!?
I am a 14 year old boy, I am 5' 5' and weigh 134 pounds!. I want to loose some fat and gain some muscle!. Lately I've been trying to eat 2000 calories a day and trying to eat some healthier thing (like fruit and stuff)!. Here is the work out i'm gonna be doing 3 days a week:



Shoulder press- 3 sets
Bicep Curls- 3 sets
Triceps extension- 3 sets
Wrist roll ups- 3 sets
Hand grips- 3 sets
Chest press- 3 sets
Calf raises- 3 sets
Squats- 3 sets
Lateral raises- 3 sets
Push ups- 3 sets
Sit ups- 3 sets

Sounds very reasonable but where's the warm up routine of stretches to prepare your muscles for weight lifting!? You also didn't mention the amount of weight you are lifting, if you do any cool down exercises after your routine or if you are getting any cardio like jogging which really burns off fat and increases stamina!.
