Question: When trying to lose wieght whats better running in the morning or at night!?
I've been trying to lose weight for the past few months and have already lost 30 pounds!. But now its getting harder and harder to lose the weight and i'd like to lose at least another 20 pounds!. What should I do!? Is it better to run in the morning or at night!? I've been running every night so far!.!.but I was thinking maybe I should run in the mornings also!? Any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

best thing to do is change your routine, your body gets used to the same routine and adapts itself so it canstore fat while under that stress!. thats why you lost so much in the first place because you probbably went from being a couch potato (no offense) to exercizing and you body wasn't perpaierd for stress!. so i would say change you routine and pick up some weights or do a short session of nothing but all out sprints!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitely running in the morning; your muscles are more fresh and can get a deeper and better workout which will burn more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

mornings will rev up your metabolism, also make sure you eat a breakfast!. Breakfast should be your heaviest meal, lunch lighter and dinner the lightest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you have the right idea, run both in the morning and the evening it will get your body used to the routine and soon it will be second nature to do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Morning, because then you have more energy throughout the day which means you'll burn more calories during the day!. stretch or do yoga at night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can both is awesome!. During the summer i try to run 2 miles in the morning and 2/3 sometimes 4 before i eat dinner!. But if you have to choose one, choose the afternoon its more convenient and its easier!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

WOW 30lbs, good for you-you should run when you can-if the evenings work out for you great! But if you'd like to jump start your day-run in the morning!. You tend to burn more calories and it will kick start your metabolism-plus you're less likely to eat junk (not that you are) but if you start the day off right-your more likely to keep going!.!.!.!.

Then after work, or later that day-do some strength training!.!.!.that will help you lose the last 20 lbsWww@Answer-Health@Com

in the morning it will give you more energy in the afternoon

Its been proven to be much better to run both!. you could Run in the morning but its pretty cold!. Well in winter lol!.!. but if you run in the evening you will be all tired out from a rough day at school/ work/ collage Im not sure what ever you possess so i would consider running both!. Its would be easier to lose more weight and you would be healthier too!.
