Anti calorie foods?!


Question: Anti calorie foods!?
i remember reading somewhere that if you eat, lets say an apple, your body will burn more calories digesting and using up the nutrients of the apple then the actual apple itself!. Is this true!? waht other foods are "anti calories foods"Www@Answer-Health@Com

A lot of foods are "rumored" to be anti-caloric, but not even celery is completely anti-caloric, as it is mostly water!.

There are, however, many foods which make your metabolism rev up, to say!.

For example, hot foods increase the rate at which you burn calories, such as hot sauce, chili peppers, etc!.

Also, 30% of the energy proteins provide will be used just to digest said protein, whereas carbs is more around 22%, and fats as low as 9% (which is why fats are more easily stored as!.!.!. fat!)!.

In addition, drinking cold beverages makes you burn extra calories, as your body must then make the liquid match the temperature of your body!. This uses calories (one calorie is the amount of energy it takes to change 1 gram of water 1 degree celsius)!.
