Question: My BP is 112/58 is this normal!?
I exercise daily (basic like calisthenics, running, weigh training, sports)!. I know normal is 120/80!. What is your BP and what activity do you do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A number of factors go into the formulation of blood pressure!. Genetics plays a role, diet, weight related to you're overall size and age!. Your readings will vary during the day, but not by much!. Your reading is a little on the low side, but still within an OK range!. I'm a natural competitive body builder, my diet is right on, I'm 5'9" and weigh 176 lbs with only 8% body fat!.!.!.I working of getting to 6% for my next show!. My normal reading is close to yours at 110/60!. I did a test reading at the gym the other day to check the difference before and just after a hard, chest, shoulder routine!.!.!.Even with that workout it didn't vary much!. Start at 110/70, just after the workout, still breathing heavy from the super set routine it was 120/80!. Not affected much at all by my workout!.!.!.I knew it wouldn't be very high, bu I hadn't done that comparison is a while!.!. For you, without knowing all the specifics I mentioned above if you go down to a constant reading of 100/50 it would be considered low!.!.!.it sounds as if you just have that fit type of blood pressure!. Eat good, keep up the routines and it will stay in the good low range for many years!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You shouldnt worry!.!.your BP is pretty normal!.!.although 58 seems a little low!.

Your blood pressure is a little on the low side, but it doesn't seem like it abnormally low!. Being athletic like you stated will cause a lower blood pressure!. As long as you are not getting the fainty feelings you shouldn't be too concerned!. If you are just call your doctor and get their opinion!. If you are a man its also more common to have a lower blood pressure if you are as active as you state!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Nothing other than water in between!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time!. Do not be in a hurry!.

This schedule will also be helpful in maintaining good healthy weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
